ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Notice is hereby given of the AGM of the London & Home Counties Boxer Club, to be held at 9.30 a.m. on Sunday 5 February 2012 (i.e. before the commencement of the Member’s Limited Show) at Fairlands Community Centre, Fairlands Avenue, Fairlands, Guildford, Surrey GU3 3NA.

In accordance with rule 10, members are requested to submit nominations for candidates to the Offices of Patron, President, Vice-Presidents & Committee for the ensuing year.

Nominations must be received by the Hon. Sec. not later than Thursday 5 January 2012.

Items for the agenda to be received by the Hon. Sec. not later than Sunday 15 January 2102.

50s CLUB

London & Home Counties Boxer Club has launched its 50s Club! 

Prize draws take place on a monthly basis; 9 at our monthly Detling rally venue, and 3 at our regular Limited, Open & Championship Shows. 

Members will pay £5.00 per month, by Standing Order with monthly prizes per month of 1st £50, 2nd & 3rd £25 for 11 months, and on the 12th month prizes of 1st £400, 2nd £250, 3rd £100, 4th £50, and 5th £50, will be drawn with 2 consolation prizes to non-winners during the year of £10 each. (The 12th month draw will depend on the number of £5 shares held during the year, and members entering the grand draw (month 12) will need to have made 11 concurrent payments).
